4. Dealership Websites and Inventory Data
You may provide Dealer Blogs with:
- Your dealership website URL;

- Public vehicle-detail page information;
- Business information;
- Brand assets;
- Service-area information;
- Keywords;

You represent that you have the authority to provide this information and permit Dealer Blogs to use it for the Services.
You authorize Dealer Blogs to access and crawl publicly accessible portions of your website and inventory pages for purposes including:
- Understanding your business;
- Identifying available inventory;
- Tracking inventory by VIN;
- Measuring inventory age;
- Selecting article topics;
- Generating content;
- Creating links; and
- Operating related platform features.
You are responsible for updating your website and inventory URLs when they change.
Dealer Blogs is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete results caused by:
- Blocked website access;
- Inaccessible inventory pages;
- Incorrect URLs;
- Website-provider restrictions;
- Changes to the dealership website;
- Third-party platform changes;

If an inventory scan fails, Dealer Blogs may automatically retry the scan and notify an administrator for review.
5. Customer Content
“Customer Content” means information, text, images, logos, trademarks, inventory data, website information, instructions, keywords, analytics data, and other material you submit, connect, upload, or make available through the Services.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content.
You grant Dealer Blogs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, access, reproduce, process, modify, analyze, transmit, and display Customer Content only as reasonably required to:
- Provide the Services;
- Generate requested content;
- Operate integrations;
- Troubleshoot problems;
- Improve service reliability;
- Prevent misuse;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Enforce these Terms.
You represent that Customer Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
6. Generated Content and Output
“Output” means articles, images, metadata, topic suggestions, reports, summaries, internal-link recommendations, and other material generated through the Services for your account.
As between you and Dealer Blogs:
- You retain ownership of your Customer Content;
- Dealer Blogs does not claim ownership of your customer-specific Output; and
- To the extent Dealer Blogs acquires rights in your Output, Dealer Blogs assigns those rights to you after payment of all applicable subscription fees.
You may use, edit, publish, reproduce, and distribute Output for your business.
However, you acknowledge that:
- Artificial intelligence output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction;
- Similar or identical output may be generated for other users;
- Dealer Blogs does not guarantee that Output is unique or exclusive;
- Output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies; and
- Output may require human review before publication.
Dealer Blogs does not guarantee that you will obtain intellectual property protection for generated content or images.
7. Customer Review and Publishing Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing Output before or after publication, depending on your selected publishing settings.
You are responsible for confirming:
- Factual accuracy;
- Inventory availability;
- Vehicle specifications;
- Pricing;
- Offers and promotions;
- Financing claims;
- Legal disclosures;
- Trademark use;
- Image suitability;
- Internal links;
- Calls to action;
- Local advertising requirements; and
- Compliance with manufacturer, franchise, advertising, and industry rules.
When automatic publishing is enabled, you authorize Dealer Blogs to publish generated content without prior manual approval.
You remain responsible for content published through your account, including content published automatically.
You can disable automatic publishing at any time. When automatic publishing is disabled, scheduled and newly generated articles may remain queued until you manually publish them or re-enable automatic publishing.
8. Internal Links and Vehicle Links
Dealer Blogs may create links to dealership pages identified through website scans, approved URL lists, inventory pages, and previously published articles.
Dealer Blogs does not intentionally invent dealership URLs. However, we cannot guarantee that every linked page will remain available.
If you or your website provider later:
- Delete a page;
- Change a URL;
- Replace the website;
- Change the website structure; or
- Restrict access to a page,
the old link may lead to an error or 404 page.
You are responsible for updating or removing affected links.
Articles may link to specific vehicle-detail pages while those pages remain available. When supported, a sold or unavailable vehicle link may fall back to a relevant new or used inventory search-results page.
Dealer Blogs does not guarantee that all website platforms will support this fallback behaviour.
9. Publishing Methods and Installation
Dealer Blogs may provide content through:
- A Dealer Blogs website widget;
- An RSS feed;
- Manual copying or exporting; or
- Other supported publishing methods.
Dealer Blogs provides the applicable code, feed, connection details, and general installation instructions.
You or your website provider are responsible for:
- Installing the widget or RSS feed;
- Configuring your website;
- Maintaining your website platform;
- Providing required permissions;
- Ensuring compatibility; and
- Addressing restrictions imposed by your website provider.
Dealer Blogs does not provide general website development, CMS administration, hosting support, plugin repair, firewall configuration, security configuration, or unrelated website coding.
We may inspect publicly accessible website code to help identify Dealer Blogs installation or display issues.
10. Subscriptions and Billing
Dealer Blogs is provided through paid recurring subscriptions.
Available billing periods may include:
- Monthly;
- Quarterly; and
- Annual subscriptions.
Unless otherwise stated, all plans include the same primary product features. Pricing may differ based on billing frequency, promotions, currency, taxes, and the date of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Dealer Blogs and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:
- The initial subscription payment;
- Recurring renewal payments;
- Applicable taxes; and
- Other charges you have expressly approved.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
For example:
- Monthly subscriptions renew monthly;
- Quarterly subscriptions renew every three months; and
- Annual subscriptions renew annually.
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Taxes may be calculated based on your billing location and applicable tax requirements.
Dealer Blogs may suspend access if a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or remains overdue.
11. Promotional Pricing
Dealer Blogs may offer introductory, launch, promotional, or discounted pricing.
Promotional pricing may:
- Be available only for a limited period;
- Apply only to new customers;
- Apply only to specific billing options;
- Require upfront payment;
- Change or end without being offered to future customers; and
- Renew at the price disclosed during purchase or in a later valid notice.
Unless expressly stated, promotional pricing cannot be combined with another offer.
12. Fourteen-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee on their initial subscription payment.
To request a refund, you must email:
within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
If the request qualifies:
- The full initial monthly payment will be refunded;
- The full initial quarterly payment will be refunded; or
- The full initial annual payment will be refunded.
The guarantee:
- Applies only to the first payment for a new subscription;
- Does not apply to renewal payments;
- Does not apply to customers who previously received a refund under the guarantee;
- Does not apply after the 14-day period; and
- Does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any cancellation method provided in your account or by emailing:
Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
- You retain access until the end of that paid period;
- Previously paid fees are not prorated;
- Unused time is not converted into a credit; and
- Payments are non-refundable except under the 14-day money-back guarantee or where required by law.
Deleting content, disconnecting an integration, or ceasing to use the Services does not automatically cancel your subscription.
14. Content and Access After Cancellation
When your subscription ends:
- Your right to access and use the Dealer Blogs platform may end;
- New article generation stops;
- Automated publishing stops;
- Inventory scanning and reporting stop;
- Account integrations may be disconnected;
- Widget access and RSS feed availability may stop; and
- Dealer Blogs is not required to continue hosting or displaying content through an active platform connection.
Content already copied, exported, or imported directly into your own website may remain under your control.
Content displayed only through a Dealer Blogs-hosted widget or feed may no longer display after the subscription ends.
You are responsible for exporting or copying any content you wish to retain before your access ends.
Dealer Blogs may retain account information and content for a limited period for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and service administration, as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. No Search, Traffic, or Sales Guarantees
Dealer Blogs provides content-generation, publishing, optimization, submission, and reporting tools.
Dealer Blogs does not control Google, Bing, other search engines, social platforms, artificial intelligence platforms, dealership website providers, or third-party algorithms.

Submitting a page to Google Search Console does not guarantee that Google will crawl, index, or rank it.
Potential Traffic, keyword volume, keyword difficulty, SEO Level, and similar measurements are estimates or educational indicators. They are not promises of actual performance.
Results may depend on factors outside Dealer Blogs’ control, including:
- Website authority;
- Competition;
- Location;
- Inventory;
- Website performance;
- Search demand;
- Algorithm changes;
- Website-provider restrictions; and
- Customer actions.

- Use the Services in a way that could harm Dealer Blogs or another person.
Dealer Blogs may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
20. Dealer Blogs Intellectual Property

Where practical, Dealer Blogs may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect the platform, customers, third parties, or Dealer Blogs.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealer Blogs’ total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the subscription fees you paid to Dealer Blogs during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
