Customer Support
Dealer Blogs Customer Support Policy
Our goal is to make Dealer Blogs easy to use and easy to manage. This policy explains how to contact our support team, what we can help with, and what to expect when you submit a support request.
Email support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How to Contact Dealer Blogs Support
All Dealer Blogs customer support is currently handled by email.
For assistance, email support@getdealerblogs.com.
Support requests may be submitted at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Our Response-Time Target
Dealer Blogs aims to provide an initial response within four hours of receiving a support request.
The four-hour target applies to the first response from our support team. It does not guarantee that every issue will be fully resolved within four hours.
More complex issues may require additional investigation, testing, or action from a third-party website provider. When that happens, we will keep the customer informed while the issue is being reviewed.
Standard initial response target: Within four hours

Issues Outside Dealer Blogs' Control
Dealer Blogs does not provide general website development, hosting, or content-management support.
- Dealership website redesigns
- General website coding
- CMS administration
- Hosting problems
- Website downtime
- Third-party plugins
- Security software or firewalls
- Website-provider restrictions
- Changes made by the dealership or its website provider
- Custom RSS development on the dealership website
- Website formatting controlled by the dealership's CMS
- Third-party API outages
- Problems with code not supplied by Dealer Blogs
Where possible, Dealer Blogs will help identify the likely cause of the problem. If the issue is outside our control, the dealership will need to contact its website provider, hosting company, CMS provider, or other relevant third party to complete the repair.
Installation Responsibility
Dealer Blogs provides the website widget code, RSS feed, and installation instructions needed to connect the service to a dealership website.
The dealership is responsible for either:
- Installing the code through the backend of its website, or
- Sending the supplied code and instructions to its website provider
Dealer Blogs can inspect the installation and help identify obvious placement issues, but we do not perform general website development or manage the dealership's relationship with its website provider.
Response Time vs. Resolution Time
Response Time
The time it takes Dealer Blogs to acknowledge the request and begin helping. Our standard target is within four hours.
Resolution Time
The time required to fully resolve the issue. Resolution time depends on the complexity of the problem and whether a third-party website provider needs to take action.
What to Include in a Support Request
Providing complete information helps us investigate the issue more quickly.
- Dealership name
- Account email address
- Website URL
- Page where the issue appears
- Description of the problem
- When the issue started
- Screenshots, when available
- Any error message received
- Whether the website provider recently made changes
- Steps already attempted
Third-Party Services
Dealer Blogs connects with third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Stripe, website platforms, hosting providers, and other software services.
Dealer Blogs cannot guarantee the availability or performance of a third-party service.
When an issue is caused by a third-party outage, access restriction, API change, expired permission, website-provider setting, or external platform, the customer may need to work directly with that provider.
Need Help?
Email our support team and include as much detail as possible about the issue. We will review the request and help determine whether the solution belongs within Dealer Blogs or requires assistance from the dealership's website provider.
Standard initial response target: Within four hours
This Support Policy describes our standard customer-support practices. It does not create a guaranteed service-level agreement or guarantee that every issue will be resolved within a specific period.
