1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, dealership name, website URL, and password when you sign up.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Content data: topics, articles, and settings you configure for your dealership's blog.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser info, and approximate location (city/region) for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, measurement, and advertising (see Cookies below).
• Advertising and conversion data: when you interact with our site after clicking an ad, we may record the event (page view, form submission, checkout start) along with a hashed version of your email address so advertising platforms can measure results.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Dealer Blogs service.
• Generate, publish, and manage content on your dealership website.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices) and, if you opt in, product updates.
• Measure the performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Show relevant ads and remarketing on Google and Meta platforms.
• Detect abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the product:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage measurement.
• Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing, so we can measure which ads lead to sign-ups and show relevant ads to past visitors.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API on our servers. Both report actions such as page views, leads, and checkouts. Email addresses sent through the Conversions API are hashed (SHA-256) before transmission; we never send Meta your email in plain text.
• AI providers — to generate and refine content on your behalf.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and advertising choices

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session management, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and advertising cookies from Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and support remarketing. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. International transfers

Dealer Blogs is operated from North America and information may be processed in the United States and Canada. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Children

Dealer Blogs is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
